MikeL's Guide to WA Wineries

The Basels moved to Walla Walla from Vancouver WA in 1996. In cooperation with their friends Henderson and Jolene Orchard they purchased a mansion south of Walla Walla on 110 acres in Dec-2002. The basels also own Pheasant Run Vineyards not far from the mansion. They anticipate using the private theater, pool, and upstairs areas for private and corporate gatherings and as a members-only winery resort. A seperate 10,000sqft garage is expected to become home to the Basel Cellars and Vierra Vineyards brand wines.
