    We are proud to announce that our China Bend Organic & Unsulfited Wines
have won two more awards in International competition.  Our Victory Red
Marechal Foch ($20.00) and Blackberry Velvet Dessert Wine ($16.00)  were
each awarded Bronze Medals at the 2001 Tri-Cities Wine Festival in Pasco,
WA, on November 10.
    The Victory Red is a special bottling of our rare Marechal Foch grape
variety.  This unique wine is aged in small stainless steel barrels, instead
of the traditional oak, in order to bring forward the fruity flavors of the
Foch.  The wine is named for Victory, the mistress of China Bend, who
prefers the natural taste of this grape.  This smooth red is very food
friendly and is delicious with Holiday fare.
    The Blackberry Velvet is a  natural dessert wine made with 100% organic
blackberries.  This elegant wine is delicious to sip with or without
dessert, and yes, it's as smooth as velvet!
