Dick Coolen is a brick mason from the small town of Port Orchard, WA. He also plays piano and for a while, led a jazz Big Band.
He intended to specialize in Pinot Noir wines but found the WSLCB regulations to be too great a burden for such a small business.
He closed the public business and now continues making wine, but only
for friends and sacrement the local Catholic Church of which he is a
member.
