Production: (1995) 200 cases, (1996) 200 cases, (1997) 400 cases, (1998) 1,200 cases Vineyards: none History: In 1995, Eric Dunham produced 200 cases of his own wine while working as assistant winemaker at L'Ecole No. 41. (These limited quantity releases have brought in a healthy price in the Seattle marketplace.) Each year since, he has continued to make small lots, though generally increasing in quantity to the current 1,200 cases (1998).
In March 1999, they've begun remodeling a 5,400 square foot WWII
building at the Walla Walla Regional Airport to hold the winery for
the next three or four years. They've also bought 21 acres just east
of L'Ecole for their own winery and vineyard. Talk about ambitious!
