- 1998 Gewurztraminer:
Winemaker says: Floral in character with a delicate, firm structure.
A rich texture with bright acidity. Try with spicy foods such as
Thai, Chinese or Indian. (Refrigeration may cause tartrate crystals
to form. This is a natural occurance and does not effect the wine.)

- 1998 Pinot Gris:
Winemaker says: Firm and lean, with crisp, lively acidity. Pleasant
and fruity showing some nice buttery notes. A dry, straightforward
white that will accompany fish beautifully. (Refrigeration may cause
tartrate crystals to form. This is a natural occurance and does not
effect the wine.)
