- 1997 Chardonnay:
Winemaker says: Clean and well balanced with butterscotch, oak, and
citrus. Good finesse on the finish. Full bodied, yet smooth and
drinkable. (Refrigeration may cause tartrate crystals to form. This
is a natural occurance and does not effect the wine.)
Varietal: Chardonnay;

Blend: 43% Conner Lee, 57% Muncey Park;

Reds:
- 1997 Pinot Noir:
Winemaker says: A light, finesseful wine with forward cherry and fruit
and hints of pepper. Aged in older French oak barrels to allow fruit
to peek through subtle layers of oak. This versatile wine accompanies
salmon, chick, duck, or veal dishes.

- 1994 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve:
Winemaker says: Crisp in texture with berry, plum, and cherry notes
balanced with touches of coffee and spice. A hint of softness, but
rich in flavors.
