Also, you can call for a reservation and make your own batch of pesto- we'll supply basil. Or, make a reservation and you can purchase a gallon of our premium wine vinegar and make your own delicious, flavored vinegars- we'll supply some free herbs. Beginning at 6 p.m., join us at the Vintner's Inn for our Annual Basil Dinner, a six-course gourmet meal featuring Basil with every course. The resulting wine is ready to drink and has a distinct strawberry and earthy quality and would be a great match for those summer BBQs. Still a bright purple with a nice tart background, I defy you: to bring me a Washington red that's this old and has half much guts of this gem of a wine. If you can find one, I'll give you a free empty case.
