We allow you to bottle, cork, label, foil, and case wine for a couple of hours, break for a traditional vintner's lunch, hit it again until we're done, clean up the bottling line, and have a potluck BBQ under the arbor- we supply the burgers and appropriate libations. If this sounds like fun, then Mark Twain was right, and you need to call 800-727-6702 to make a reservation. It's free, but there's a $10 deposit-refundable when you show up. Spring Barrel Tasting- Friday -Sunday, April 27-29 from 10-5, is your chance to join thousands of other oenophiles for a gustatorial look at wines straight out of the barrel. We'll be pairing up with Chukar Cherries again and sampling some Ports or Cabernet- call 1-800-258-7270 for a free guide to the wineries. If the crowds of Barrel Tasting aren't your bag, join us on Sat, April 21 for Pre-Barrel Tasting- we'll be sampling the same wines and maybe something a little special for you newsletter recipients.
