Chenin Blanc, Estate Bottled, Yakima Valley Fresh varietal character with aromas of citrus, melons, and pears. Serve with creamy casseroles, pork, chicken, and fish. White Riesling, Columbia Valley Smooth, light, spicy flavors. Moderately sweet with enough acid to balance the sugar. Delicious sipping wine. Reds: Lemberger, Estate Bottled, Yakima Valley Medium bodied red with spicy currant and blackberry flavors, Deep black cherry color with moderate oak. Drinkable now but ages well. Serve with pasta, lamb, pork or beef. Merlot, Columbia Valley Classic full-bodied, well balanced with complex fruit and ample oak. Deep purple-garnet color. Pleasing to drink now but will benefit with additional age. Serve with red meats. Cabernet Sauvignon, Estate Bottled, Yakima Valley Traditional full-bodied Cabernet. Smooth and elegant with complex flavors, good acit and moderate tannin. Will age well. Cabernet Sauvignon, Washington Full-bodied, beautifully colored wine. Smooth, supple, well balanced structure. Other: Vintage Rose, Columbia Valley Gorgeous to look at with a taste to match. Fruity, strawberry flavors with a fresh, slightly spritzy finish. Late Harvest White Riesling, Columbia Valley Deep gold sweet wine with luscious honey apricot flavors. Serve with dessert, fruit and nuts, or all by itself. Late Harvest Gewurtztraminer, Yakima Valley Classic late harvest aromas accompany wonderfully distinctive flavors. Very sweet. Serve with dessert or all by itself. Ice Wine, Estate Bottled, Yakima Valley Nectar of the Gods! Very sweet decadent wine with stunning complexity. Serve as a dessert to top off that special meal. Late Harvest Muscat, Yakima Valley Flavorful and direct, a refreshing, clean-tasting example of pure varietal fruit. Beautifully balanced.
