History:
Greg has a degree in food science and is also executive chef at Yakima Country Club, and grew up in the family business, Birchfield Manor Gourmet Restaurant. Greg educated his palate as head of the wine list there -- the restaurant was awarded by Wine Spectator magazine for their wine list.

Masset Winery is a charter member of P.S. I Love You, an organization which promotes the Petite Sirah (P.S.) grape and wine. We are the only member outside of CA. Our first Petit Sirah was produced from the 2000 vintage.
