History:
Rob and Kim have been interested in wines since 1995 when their first weekend trip together was to Napa Valley. Since then, they have toured, tasted and asked questions through Bordeaux, Burgundy, the Rhone Valley, Alscase, Tuscany, Coonawarra, California and Washington State. 2002 was a practice year making a hobby vintage and volunteering at local wineries. In 2003, they opened their own winery making wine at their house in Seattle. They've starting small, doing everything by hand and focusing on small lots of vineyard designated fruit.

From the winery:
Seia is the Roman goddess of seeds in the ground. We believe that utmost care in the vineyard provides the flavor, ripeness and acidity that we seek in our wines.
