Underground Dining at Crush is a special food and wine experience at the upcoming restaurant “Crush.” On May 29th, Crush will feature Sheridan Vineyard wines in a very intimate setting. Imagine one long table adorned with candles, flowers and featuring the food of Chef Jason Wilson; perfectly paired with the premium wines of Sheridan Vineyard. Crush is a private dining room created by Nicole & Jason Wilson. Chef Jason Wilson (http://www.chefjasonwilson.com/) creates customized multi-course menus of his European inspired Contemporary Northwest Cuisine paired with winemakers from Premium Wineries throughout the Northwest. These exclusive dinners are held at 611 Pontius Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98109.
