Production: (2003) 300 cases

History:
There are only so many fruit roll-ups you can eat, so Curt showed Sharon how to make wine about six years ago. Adhering to the theory of "better food and wine without chemicals", their wines do not have sulfites added before they are bottled; they are made with artesian water; and the organic fruit is the only flavoring in the wine.

Vinland Farms makes wine to suit their family taste, which is middle of the road for sweetness. Sharon likes to exercise her artistic license each year and along with their favorites, she tries at least two new ones.

In 2003, that's divided into some of their "favorites" (blueberry, apricot, strawberry, white cherry) and the "newbies" (strawberry/rhubarb, peach/honey), and some weird exotics (beet, orange/raisin, banana, and rice/raisin). Sharon has got to quit reading wine books!
