This Riesling offers honeysuckle and peach scents that blossom in the
glass. Incredibly well-balanced in the mouth, crisp acid balances all
the elagant fruit. A classic.

The Yakima River Winery produced the first Pinot Gris in Washington
State. The year was 1988. The production of this varietal is still
very small, less than 100 cases annually.

Winemaker's Reserve 1992 is loaded with well-concentrated black
currant fruit centered with deep aromas of rich vanilla and toasty
oak. Deeply constituted, carefully balanced youthful Cabernet in the
mouth, flavors of solid, oak enriched fruit, tight with a long
finish.

Yakima Valley Merlot 1993 continues the Yakima tradition of
outstanding, highly acclaimed wines. Black raspberry fruit neatly
layerd with sweet, spicy oak with just a hint of smoke in the
background. Supple and inviting at entry, it offers accessible full
flavored ripe fruit bouyed by toasty oak and wrapped in ample, yet
balanced tannins. Will age very well 4 to 6 years.

Yakima Valley 1995 Rendevous combines spice, black epper and a grapey
fruit in the nose. Moderately full body, no astringency, finished
with black pepper spice, much like a good Rhone. Enjoy with spicy
food like Thai and pasta dishes.

Rich, complex aromas of berry-like fruit that follow through in the
finish, revealing oak, black pepper and spicy black briery taste.
Richly structured, with mouthfilling warmth and sweet berry tones, and
a silky smoothness on the palate.

A RED WINE THAT THINKS IT'S A WHITE
Sweet loganberries, black peppercorn and a hint of smoke combine in
rich and emphatically ripe aromas. Slightly jammy fruit and a very
smooth finish on the palate, this youthful, nicely balanced wine
lingers to give consumers and connoiseurs alike their money's worth.
Serve lightly chilled. Contains no histamines, so a person with
reactions to them can enjoy this wine.
