Ellis Lempriere -- asleep on the stairs

Ellis and I were playing on the stairs like we often do. I sit at the bottom and toss a ball or two up to him on the landing in the middle. He gets the height advantage when throwing back to me this way, and he gets the fun of crawling up and down the stairs a lot, which he just seems to love!
This particular evening, he, almost suddenly, fell asleep, face down, halfway up the stairs! I thought this was rather cute and took a photo. Later that night he woke up miserable, dripping with sweat and a 103.8F fever. With a little help he got better in a couple days.
