Prosser, WA

History:
In the vinifera planting boom of the late 60's and early 70's, Vere Brummond brought several thousand cuttings from California and planted a 150 acre vineyard near Plymouth, WA, all financed by a group of California investors.

For two years in the mid 70's, wines were made by contract under the Veredon label. The vineyards were sold in '76-'77, and the grapes are now sold to other wineries.
