MikeL's Guide to WA Wineries Yakima Valley Winegrowers Association

The YVWGA is an industry group for the promotion of the wineries of the Yakima Valley. Each year they publish a free pamphlet entitled "Yakima Valley Wine Tour" with touring information about the member wineries. The 2003 pamphlet is out -- if you don't have it, you may wish to visit their website and click on "Contact Us" to have them mail you one (it's free).

The association sponsors 3 special events each year:
Presidents weekend, Feb. -- Red Wine & Chocolate
Last full weekend of April -- Spring Barrel Tasting
Fri-Sun following Thanksgiving day -- Thanksgiving in the Wine Country
